Challenge:
The system architecture for the initial version of the transcription system did not support the workload, nor did it have the ability to process and present information at the same speed as data was fed into the system.
Solution:
We created an independent module that could be plugged into the .Net applications (both Visual Basic and C#) and granted the ability of reading and validate a JWT created in a Progressive Web App.
